Boxes Made Easy

How many times have you needed a box and didn’t have one and don’t know how to make one? Or the mere thought of trying to figure out how to make one is so intimidating that you don’t even bother trying?

As you already know, 99% of my projects involve boxes of some kind.  I’ve had many people ask how I do it.  How do I know what size to cut my paper and how do I know where to score and assemble.

So . . . I put a quick and dirty video tutorial together to take the mystery out of custom box making.  You can make boxes too! You’ll be shocked at how simple it is.

Making this video was also a great opportunity for me to learn how to use my camera.

Are you ready to learn?  Have fun, and please let me know if this video was helpful for you. And I hope it works!  LOL

Great job on your first video tutorial. You made it very easy to understand the math behind box making!! Also a good reminder that I have a box I need to make before school starts….off to get busy on that!

Heather , you are such a whiz at 3D and make your directions so simple and easy to follow! It made my first attempt at a 3D cardstock piece so much easier, when I realized all I had to do was start with a “box” – the math was easy to figure out and the project came out pretty well, I think. Thanks for sharing the tutorial so everyone can do this – ALL BY THEMSELVES!! You rawk!! Hugs!
