Hey Hi!!

So! You want to know about me?

I’m a native Canadian living in Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada.   I grew up in Ontario and moved here when I was 13.  We’re in the heart of the prairies.  You won’t break a leg downhill skiing since the nearest thing to a hill is the curb and you can watch your dog run away for a week.

When I’m not here blogging or crafting, I’m at my day job working in the project management field.  I’m also the Senior Editor for MVP-Press courseware publishing.

I’ve been crafty for as long as I can remember.  I’ve done macrame (what a throw back huh?), knitting, crocheting, plastic canvas and now stamping.

I started in paper crafting in 2007 when a friend introduced me to paper quilling.  I quilled everything I could find until there was nothing left to quill, at which point I started stamping and card making.  Through that journey I have discovered that 3D projects are my true passion.  If I get an idea in my head, I need to get it out in paper!  I discovered the wonderful world of Splitcoast Stampers and started a Canadian based forum called Stampin’ Canada.  It’s a great extension for Canadian crafters.

I married my best friend, Rolly, in 2003 and we’ve been living happily ever after ever since. He is my rock, and my biggest fan.

I also have two beautiful grown children, Andrea (pronounced Andraya) and Ariel (boy).

Not much else to tell.  Thanks so much for stopping by!
